A mill bags continuously. The bag has to fill without jamming, close cleanly, stack without sliding and reach the customer intact. That is a mechanical problem as much as a material one.

We supply mills with multi-wall paper bags, woven polypropylene and bulk bags — with the printing that identifies each of your formulations.

What your sector asks of us

Keep up with the line

Ply count, bottom type and finish are chosen from your equipment and your hourly throughput.

Stack without sliding

A poorly sized bag destabilizes the pallet. Formats and anti-slip treatments are decided together.

Tell your formulations apart

Printing up to several colours: every feed, every blend is identified at a glance in the warehouse.

Move to bulk when it pays

Past a certain volume, an FIBC bulk bag costs less to handle than dozens of small bags.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many plies for a flour bag?

It depends on weight and handling: a 50 lb bag that travels does not need the same build as one delivered locally. We work it out with you.

Do you sell bagging equipment?

Yes — portable bag closers, sewing machines, fillers for dry or liquid materials. Call us with your target throughput.

At what volume should we switch to FIBC?

When handling small bags becomes the dominant cost. One bulk bag replaces 20 to 40 bags of 55 lb: the math is quick on your annual volume.
